We offer free delivery on orders over $150 and a flat fee of $10 to the North Island and $15 to the South Island for all other orders. Exclusions apply, see below for more information. We deliver nationwide and use Courier Post for most orders and will source a freight option for larger items that are not suitable for a courier. We are unable to ship to Post Office (P.O.) boxes.
Exclusions to our free shipping offer
Free shipping will not be offered to products that are on Preorder. Shipping will be calculated at your time of inquiry and will be determined by where you are located in New Zealand.
There may also be an option to airfreight your item, depending on the urgency and where the product is being sourced from. This will incur an additional cost outside of our free shipping offering. Contact us for more information.
Delivery Time
Dispatch can take up to 3 business days from date of order confirmation, although we will endeavor dispatch daily within our office hours. Please note that many of our items require assembly so dispatch for these items may take longer than this. This will be communicated on the product page and once you have placed your order.
Many of the products on our website are dispatched directly from the supplier so timeframes may differ for these products.Â
Delivery usually takes between 2-7 business days, Mon-Fri - excluding public holidays - from the date of dispatch although this will vary depending on the size of the product you have ordered and where you are located.

This Under Bench Water Filter System with PLV & "Classic" Tap (CBS-05) is easy to install inline (out of sight) and features a 0.5-micron filter that ensures water purity. The filter is housed in a commercial-grade metal canister for extra protection.
For best results, the filter cartridge should be replaced or serviced at 12 months for residential applications and 6 months for commercial applications, or as advised by your local installer/servicer.
CBS-05 Filter Cartridge
Pentair® Pentek® CBC Series Cartridges are highly effective at reducing unwanted bad taste, odour and chlorine from Drinking Water. They also make excellent polishing filters or pre-filters in applications requiring fine filtration and high capacity.

- • Filtered water is delivered via an independent tube to avoid mixing with tap water
- • Options with 3/8" and 1/2" steel-wire-braided connection hoses
- • The connecting hose is 1.5 feet long; also available in longer models
